Role overview
You manage a portfolio, train users, and track health and satisfaction metrics. You coordinate with support, sales, and product when needed.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard new customers through successful go-live.
- Monitor usage and satisfaction indicators.
- Deliver training sessions and enablement materials.
- Escalate feedback to product and engineering.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer success or SaaS support.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Basic accounting or financial systems knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work remotely in a distributed team.
