Role overview

You manage a portfolio, train users, and track health and satisfaction metrics. You coordinate with support, sales, and product when needed.

Key responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers through successful go-live.
  • Monitor usage and satisfaction indicators.
  • Deliver training sessions and enablement materials.
  • Escalate feedback to product and engineering.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer success or SaaS support.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic accounting or financial systems knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely in a distributed team.
